    Can I return the product back?

    Unless the product has been physically damaged to you when it was delivered or when the wrong product has been delivered to you there are no refunds policy. You are allowed to exchange the item with any other item within 3 days from the date of purchased. The returned item however must be in its original sealed package, not damaged and in saleable condition. Digital items and subscriptions once sent to email will not be exchanged, nor refunded.

    Do we delivery outside Bahrain?

    We don’t deliver outside Bahrain. Deliver is only available in Bahrain

    How long it takes to deliver after placing an order?

    All products (other than subscriptions) ordered through the website will be delivered within 2 business days from dispatch. Digital downloads and subscriptions will be delivered your email address. For more info you can visit the terms and conditions page and view Delivery

    Can I place an order over the telephone?

    Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the telephone. All orders must be placed on the website.

    How can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order from your Accounts page. Cancellation will not be possible after dispatch of product or if payment has already been taken for the order, either in full or partially. In this case or if you placed the order as a guest, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to cancel your order.

    If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

    How do I earn Reward Points?

    Every time you make a purchase we reward you with loyalty reward points. You can use these points in part or full at anytime as discounts for future purchases. 1 point is equivalent to 0.01 BD. For more info read Reward Points in the terms and conditions section
